On a rainy Sunday, when outdoor commitments are often forgotten, promptly at noon as agreed, Ace Fences' Jeff arrived on site on time, and with a most welcome smile.
A quick survey of the situation, all tools on board and at the ready, Jeff carefully removed wooden fencing from a dividing line in our town house's rear garden.
In less than an hour the job was done, the garden cleaned, debris removed, a hand shake, and Ace was gone.
Excellent experience, and an anachronistic remnant of good quality caring tasking. A pleasure highly recommended.

Looking for a deck and fence company was an interesting experience. I went out to 3 companies to check on three things that were important to me. Customer Service, Price, and Quality. During the process of finding a company, 1st company was completely rude and beyond pushy, over priced, but had a good product. The other company was highly priced but the customer services and product were good. Ace Deck and Fence was FANTASTIC on all accounts. They had a great customer service, were reasonable priced and had the type of wood (treated, grade, and all) I requested.
When I started the process they meet with my husband, but also emailed me to keep me in the loop. During the two weeks it took me to make my decision, they did not pressure me and continued to answer all my questions in the most professional and friendly manner. Once I notified them that we were going with their company, they were ready to start work the next day. The team who did both the fence and deck, work diligently to get both done within a week. This made my day as other companies stated it would take a month to complete both and would not be able to start for 3 weeks. The whole time they worked kept me in the loop to make sure I knew when inspections were needed and once they were passed. They also let me know the progress of where they were and if any issues came up. Overall, it was the best experience I had and I will definitely be using them again when I buy a house. If you are looking for a company, I would go with them. Companies like Ace Deck ans Fence are hard to find as I felt like they truly cared about the work they did and the customer support they give reflects it.
On a side note- One thing that really got my attention was not only did my sales representative work with me the whole time, but the Owner would talk to me and keep me up to date which is a rarity.

Ace Deck and Fence did a great job installing a fence in my back yard. All the employees were friendly and professional. The installation crew did the job very quickly, but did not sacrifice on quality. The fence survived a hurricane and tropical storm that hit the fence days after it was completed. I would recommend Ace Deck ans Fence.

Ace replaced my deck and installed a brick paver patio in May 2011. Excellent work on both the deck and patio. Ace installed seven LED lights on the deck. Initially 3 did not work, ACE returned and repaired 2 of the 3 but the third was never repaired and is still not functioning. Overall excellent deck ans patio installers which I would recommend to my friends and family.

I had 3 companies come out to my DC home to quote fencing. Ace was one of the 2 companies that submitted bids ans was the low bidder. However, after this experience, I would select them even if they were the high bidder. Customer service, accessibility and communication was off the charts. AN estimator provided detailed plans and design that exceeded my expectations. At the time of installation, they sent a supervisor and crew. My fencing was a combination of both wood and steel. The workmanship was absolutely superb and clean up was immaculate. You would be making a big mistake not to have them come out and bid your project.

Incredible company! Ace Deck & Fence just completed a a 6ft tall fencing with one foot of lattice topping for our house and four adjacent houses-- almost 200 feet of fencing. We could not be happier with the results! Not only is the work superior and beautiful, but everyone in the company from our first contact with Reda and Crew (especially Tarzan who is a "master"!) always had creative solutions that were perfect and within our budget. Although all of our neighbors are great people, taking on a "group project" of this magnitude always has "risks". However, EVERYONE was thrilled with the process and results. Ace Deck and Fence came and gave me some great ideas for my new deck. I had started the project then realized that it was too much. With the ideas they had I ended up with a two story deck made out of Timbertech which has a lifetime guarantee. Also had slate and a stone wall added to the deck which just topped it off. 17 February 2011 "This last snow took one third of the big beautiful tree that resided behind our new fence! We have been trying ever since to get the County to remove the huge branch that was now resting on top of our new fence! Well, today the magic happened. This is the tree and fence just after the snow. As you can see this is a major portion of the tree! Without giving you a lot of “who shot John” the county sent a Supervisor out (our second one) who determined it was indeed a County tree! This branch is actually resting ON TOP OF THE FENCE! It is weighted down by ice and snow! I am still amazed at how the fence is supporting this branch! The Supervisor couldn’t get over that fact either! Upon closer inspection the supervisor did find the top piece obove the uppermost railing of ONE BOARD had broken off! The supervisor noted that I had one hell of a fence! About 15 minutes later a crew came out and removed the offending branch!
You can see the broken off piece in this pix. However, what is more important is that this fence is as solid as the day you put it in. I believe that a pix is worth a thousand words (...)! I find my fence amazing and appreciate it even more! (...) I just wanted you to know! (...)
